As a courtesy, we will send a text and/or email to confirm your service appointments beginning four days prior to your appointment date. If you do not respond to your text and/or email, we will attempt a second and third confirmation three and two days prior to your scheduled appointment.
If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
(If you do not respond to any of the confirmations, an appointment reminder will be sent the day before your appointment; however, any cancellations made at this point will be charged the cancellation fee.)
Cancellation, Deposit, and Prepayment Policies
Your appointment is very important to the team members of Salon 297 Hair and Day Spa, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed four days, three days, and two days in advance because we know it is possible to forget an appointment you booked months ago. We will also send an appointment reminder the day before your appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Our salon reserves the right to require prepayment.
Oasis & Voila Spa Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file to book:
- any Voila or waxing appointments 2.5 hours or more
- ANY Oasis appointments
- any parties of three or more
…and we require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your credit card will be charged 50% of all service costs that were scheduled. If you No-Show a scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% of all service costs.
Salon 297 Bridal Party Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file to book any bridal parties of three or more people. If you cancel the day of your appointment or No-Show a scheduled appointment, you credit card will be charged 50% of all service costs.
Salon 297 Hair Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file to book hair appointments 2.5 hours or more, and we require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments. If you cancel the day of your appointment or No-Show a scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged $75.
All Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals cannot always receive an extension of scheduled times because of booking restrictions and will be responsible for full service fees.
For spa appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill our any necessary paperwork. Occasionally, a service consultation may be needed or time to change into spa attire. Our spa treatments require various levels of undress, but privacy, respect, and guest comfort are of paramount importance to all Salon 297 therapists.
Deposit & Prepayment Policy

- any Oasis body service appointments
- hair appointments of 2.5 hours or longer

Child & Infant Policy
We love all children and thank you for your understanding: please arrange for child care before arrival. For the comfort of all guests, Management will ask you to reschedule if your child is being rambunctious.
Oasis Body Spa and Voila Nail Spa
We have a NO CHILD/INFANT policy in both our Oasis Body Spa and Voila Nail Spa, unless minor is having a service with parent or guardian at the same time.
Salon 297 Hair Spa
For the safety of your children, no child may accompany you while you are having a service, unless minor is scheduled for a service at the same time.
Cell Phones & Devices
Since our goal is to provide a relaxing and tranquil environment, we ask our guests during each visit to mute all communication devices.
If for any reason, a client is dissatisfied with any services please inform the front desk coordinator before leaving the salon. Salon 297 has a No Refund policy on all services provided. We will make every attempt to satisfy our guests and accommodate any adjustments.
Product Return Policy
Salon 297 will accept Aveda product returns (excluding make-up, brushes, perfume, and chakra) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For all other returns, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Within seven (7) days of the date of purchase, Salon 297 will refund, or issue in-store credit, for any returned products originally purchased with Cash or Credit Card.
After seven (7) or more days from the date of purchase – OR – if your product was originally purchased with a Check, Salon 297 will issue you an in-store credit.
All returns must have proof of purchase at Salon 297.
Gift certificates are available and may be purchased in-salon or over the phone with a 5% processing fee. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
